My wife currently is on an H1-B visa and she also has EAD/AP based on my I-485 filing. Due to personal reasons she plans to quit her job soon (next 2-3 weeks or so). What will be her status? Should we be filing COS to H-4? Can we get a RFE for proof of her employment when I-485 is processed?
Thanks,
Prasad

I have H 1B VISA but never went to USA....
1) now if i want to go there... will there be any problem
2) if I want to apply for another VISA work or Tourist... will i get?
You should not have a problem getting a different visa to come to the US to work or visit, assuming you qualify for the new status. It's not unusual for someone to get a visa that they never use.

Here are details from the LA Times: Authorities arrested 11 people Monday in an alleged U.S. work-visa scam that raked in more than $50 million from thousands of Brazilians since 2002. Some of those scammed went to the U.S. and wound up as illegal aliens because promised jobs didn't exist. Brazilians seeking temporary working visas were charged up to $15,000 each in what a statement from the U.S. Consulate called one of the largest cases of U.S. visa fraud ever. Similar schemes were uncovered in Russia, the Dominican...

Dont worry and lose sleep over it. In case it is noticed, you will be asked for clarification. Most probably it will not be noticed.

as biased as you'd expect, but useful. I am not bothered, I think most people are not as good as the gear they are using anyway. And besides, I don't stress about other cars on the street. Different strokes for different folks...!!!
